That sig is really stupid... come on, EA Sports make some great games, NBA Live tops my list, as well as MVP Baseball. EA Games makes some nice games as well. But why don't we just let some company in Indonesia produce NBA 07, i mean thats what we're doing with FIFA. I admit, I really don't know the details here, so if I'm wrong please say. But wouldn't it be nice to bring the FIFA development over to EA UK or something.
Oh, and I heard RTWC is being produced by a Japanese section of EA or something

In my book, Madden sucks and the 2K series (RIP) was king, NBA 2K6 kills NBA live in both gameplay and graphics, MVP........well baseball sucks IMO, the NFS games are pure arcade street racer poser crap, FIFA sucks, Burnout sucked once EA took it over (long live Burnout 2). IMO EA is a joke period.

Instead of bashing the opposition, lets start this for awhile. Tell us what is wrong with YOUR game, from a relatively unbiased point. Try to do this without bashing the other game.
For PES4, the ball does hang a little too much. (This would be a perfect time to insert, "But not as much as FIFA's", but I will refrain as per the point of the debate. Just an example
) Licenses. You can't talk about PES4 poorly without mentioning the utter, and certainly repulsive lack of them. They do have the Adidas license, but that is defenitely not enough. Menus. 
What kind of utter crap can Konami put out for menus to fool us? Christ, it's like navigating some crappy DOS system 
The gameplay is great, but come on. Why does the AI cheat so much? God, the AI makes your player push the ball towards them on purpose The goalkeepers are good, hard to beat, but what can I say, I never manage anything past 3* 
ML is good, but you can't fool us forever Konami - someday you'll have to atleast get fake leagues with correct teams, if you catch my drift. Both games need to incorporate real currency, no more of this "point system." As far as I can tell, there is no relation to actualy money. Look at FM, they have done this superbly. Certainly you don't need a money license?

Honestly, I don't care what the menus are like, its not like I buy games for them. The one and only thing I hate about PES/WE is not having full 360 degree movement. Other than that, I don't see any real problems. I would play FIFA if the shooting didnt suck. The new 06 FIFA is great everywhere else, but shooting. I never get excited, the shots always look the same. They always look funny, and they feel funny at that. If the shooting of PES/WE was in FIFA I would switch, but until FIFA can get that right I will play PES/WE. Unless PES/WE gives us full 360 degree movement, then there is no way I would change. Every year is different and EA made a much better game this year, but its just not good enough IMO.
And why is Madden 06(being the only NFL game available), the lowest ranked Madden (according to many review sites) in the past five years?
If madden is the best, then explains EA's insecurities and need for exclusive rights to the NFL license....................james007 said:

Well surely you are refraining from switching over to FIFA for more of a reason that simply shooting? Look at your sig, it leads a person to believe that you are totally against FIFA.
As for graphics, I can't judge them, I'll leave that to you guys. I still have a quaint little Intel chip, although it is 128MB, it still isn't anywhere near top-of-the-line.

Nope, its the darn shooting. It sucks monkey nuts IMO. And the sig is about EA in general. I have never felt they ever made a "great" game. Yeah some might be OK or good(this years FIFA, Burnout, or SSX for example), but never great. They just don't seem worth the money. Even the ones that are good get boring rather fast.James007 said:
