I don't think they've been enabled in the game on PC - Even if I turn them on the menu I haven't seen a handball in any games.

Played 22 games have seen it only once.

They are just not implemented like they were last year (that's actually good as back then it happened WAY too often).

Haven't seen a single one either, most comments I've seen from people are saying they haven't seen one, think they're broken personally.

They never worked properly since their introduction but it didn't stop EA including them (at the community's request).

If EA turned them off why leave a menu setting to turn them on? :)
