Ok,
the scenario is this, i have been managing Newcastle for about 7 years now and i feel my time maybe out at this club, the reason is i am losing to crap teams but then pulling off an immense result, its mixed up...

Well, firstly Tom is going to have a breakdown when he sees all of this posting:p ... as far as resigning goes, if you are sick of the club then why not, but if it is because you feel that you are going downhill simply because you have been at the club a while, then no, don't resign. I managed to take Liverpool to 16 championships in 20 years, so it's not like clubs automatically go downhill the longer you manage them.

Maybe you need a new tactic if it has been cracked. A screen showing your players average ratings would also be usefull. As for the youth keeper, well, I find youth keepers are notoriously unreliable from game to game. You may want to do something about that. Oh, and as for a replacement for Morientes, I've heard that there's some guy from Belarus who's pretty good. Maxim something. :mrpimp:

I think the problem is the tactic. The scoring record isnt impressive and the defensive one isnt too. Anyway, if you got sick of the club, just resign and look for another challenge, it will be better.

Btw how many shots do you get on goal per match?

well i decided to get maxim anyway and it seems to be helping, i might win the FA cup this season and im very pleased with that, cheers for the help, i changed my tactic and revolved it around my three AMCs Garnier, Reyad and Hadzimehmedovic...

anyway Aiden, i dont think you should resign, mainly because when i hear the name Aiden and Monkeyhappy i imediatly think Newcastle. lol

Maxim should help a lot, if not then post a screenie of your current and past tactics.
