Pros: Real fun, it seems tha Ejido has good relationship with Madrid city's clubs and you could loan almost every hot prospect they have in their squad.

Cons: Your squad suck at first, and you need time to build a competent squad (if you do not know very well Spanish Players of course), also, if you get promoted too early, with not so good players, you'll have a really hard time at First Division.

Tips : Try to reinforce your squad with some LLL of the Spanish Segunda B, my favourite team to steal players is Alicante, though, there are many others, specially Rayo. About loans, try to ask Madrid for Raul Bravo, maybe he’s not so good, but for Second Division he rox, every team on Spanish First Division loves to help Ejido because... (!)

I found it quite easy to extend his contract, my first offer (maximum wages + some signing on fee) he accepted.

If the CPU plays PSV though he always gets a 60k € a week contract, much more than you can give if you play PSV

In CM0304, Rey has a minimum fee release clause of 420k, starting in Emelec, and very fine stats

In FM2005, he's on loan at Pontevedra from Emelec, without minimum release clause, and normal to average stats

BTW, Emelec is an ecuatorian club
