Help...Changing Leagues Available in Career Mode

Hello, I have downloaded Creation Centre and when starting a career, I can't select the MLS as a playable league in the Americas region. I was wondering how I could go about adding them to the playable leagues. Thanks.

I have no idea how you went this long without getting an answer from us and I hope that in that time you got your problem fixed. But in case you haven't and In case you check back to this thread at some point i will answer now.

In order to change the availablility of leagues in the game you would have to use the tournament NOT the CC. as with all of these utilities there is a little bit of a learning curve to figure out exactly how to use them so even tho your files aren't working properly... back them up before you do any editing. restore that file if you run into any trouble so you can start over.
