Help converting a face from bmp to fsh !!!

Help please.. I download this face from Brescia´s striker Andrea Caraciolo, I know that to install a face you must have 3 files, 2 .fsh files for face texture and hair and one .o file for face structure, but this pack only came with the hair .fsh
file and the .o file... tha face image came in a .bmp file...

My question is how do I convert this file from bmp to fsh format... I have tried EA Graph Editor but so far the converted .fsh file is corrupted or bad converted and my game crash after i import to fifa.

I can´t use cc 2005 because it messes up my career so I only can use FifaFS, please any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!

please could you be a little more detailed, i´m just at newbie at fifa editing...

download FSHED edit file with hair and change name number 14 for 12 and update load this pic save and go!

but how do i get to that last screen???

Man I did what you told me but it did not work, the player appear with no texture at all and red and green.
