Help creating and importing teams

Hey guys i wanted to have a go at making a team consisting of the best players from the best leagues so there would be a Premier League XI, La Liga XI ect you get the jist, i've tried already but whenever i select them on vs the game crashes so i think im doing somthing wrong guys, can you help please?
