Speed- buy an ankle weights and wear them wherever you go. It should help
Footwork & First Touch- juggle with fruits or something. Be like Pele!
Heading- keep hitting ball from wall, you can't let it drop.

If you EVER want to get fully adjusted/near fully adjusted to using both feet/your weaker foot, then get fairly close to a flat wall, and pass to the wall and let it rebound, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot etc, keep the distance fairly close and just continue to do that, eventually your ball control with your weaker foot and the way you hit the ball with your weaker foot will improve, increasing your speed and power with that foot in the process

to be honest. finishin' isnt something that you can train for months..
it requires talent, 'the killing instinct' , very very good first touch, & of course calmness..others..i cant think abt it right now but yup..finishing is something that is really hard to improve.

but for now..you can just try train yourself shooting from various position in the penalty box and aim for some targets. ;) just like archery.

for handling, first touch and control you can take up freestyle, it really works. a while ago i started watching freestyle vids on youtube and tried to imitate them offcourse i was already good at juggling but i kept my football in my room and tried to start off with an ATW (around the world) i couldn't do it to begin with but every time i got bored i started playing with my soccer ball i mastered that and tried to learn some ground tricks, different juggles and so on, after a while I started playing football again i was surprised at the results my ball control and first touch had improved so much. it might seem worthless at the start but if you keep at it you will see the results.

Finishing. You need to be accustomed to shooting the ball first. Don't let yourself time to think, with practice it'll all become natural. You'll be able to pick a spot and somewhere to aim quickly and shoot.

Here's what you can do, line up a number of balls in a horizontal line 12 yards aways from goal. Start from the spot kick spot, use your right foot to shoot balls located on your right and use your left foot to shoot balls located on your left. After you take a shot from the left, move quickly to the penalty spot, turn, shoot. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

Make yourself shoot all the balls into the target. Once you're accustomed to shooting at a very short time, you can practice on 1-on-1s.
