hmmm.....not sure......try reinstalling it.....then run as administrator.....then click on the "select all" option......find the folder in which your game folder is.......open the fifa_ng_db meta file....then the fifa_ng_db file......select your language.......it should work now.....that's how i fixed it..........cheers mate!!

Try to install net.framework(3.5)or(4.0).I forgot,maybe 4.0
