Help on updating my mod after TU11

Hello Guys,

Just installed TU11 today and then reinitialized Fifa Editor Tool and then loaded my project and resaved it as a new FIFA.mod patch but the game still crashes, why? Must I do something to the squad file? Please help I am new to modding and don't get what is happening...B.
