I think you have to wait for newer versions for both programs... Except if someone else have a better idea!!! Here is a link for FIFA File Explorer 2015 that is going to release very soon as you can read in that thread.

You need to decompress the files after you export them if you're using File Explorer, because rx3 master can't open compressed files, mate. But to avoid problems due to the size of the data_graphic2_extra.big I suggest you use the 4gb version of quickbms to extract the files. If you use the ea Big4 script you can extract the files without any problems. After that use the chunkzip script and presto! lol You'll have uncompressed rx3 files to edit away (no bump maps though)

The only problem right now is the current tools don't recognize the bump maps so it gets tricky to do your work on balls without being able to have a look the bumps I guess

yes i have to look to the bumps because i saw some balls of FIFA14 tottally black in the shadows of 15 :P thanks a lot. i must wait =)
