Help with compdata

Hello !
I'm new with FIFA modding and i wanted to replace a league to make the French third division called "Nationale".
So i took the Polish league, i put it in the French leagues with RDBM and it works.
But i've got a big problem : relegation and promotion systems.
By the way i found tutorials on some forums to edit compdata folder (settings file in priority) but when i follow these tutorials it doesn't work in the game. So i was thinking that the settings file was not taken in account because i litteraly copied (and edited the IDs) english D3 promotion/releg system to have the right code.

To confirm my theory (the file is not taken in account) i decided to create a new mod, i didn't change anything except one thing in the settings file in compdata. I edited La Liga Santander and changed releg teams, i told to releg the 10th team instead of the 18th and same for releg_color.
When i launch, nothing happen. Again the file is not taken in account and the 18th team is releged.

So how can i make the promotion and relegation system ?

Hi, could you please send me some tutorials you found or maybe give some advice how to accomplish what I want?:) I am trying to add second division league to Slovakian league I made (Austria before). I edited settings.txt in compdata and now I can't start career mode. Any help would be appreciated:)

I never had this pb, did you made big changes ? Like edit lines etc... ?

Could be a range of things. First guess would be there’s no Austrian teams available now for preseason and champs league, Europa. Try removing all the preseason tournaments and see if it loads up
