Help with Fifa 2014 patch

I request help. It turns out that yesterday I downloaded FIFA 2014 and a patch that is updated with all the selections and when I copy the files and install the patch and want to play a game, the screen appears black and I cannot solve that problem. About fifa 2014 I see all the black screen and I can't solve it, any idea how to fix that black screen error for fifa 2014? Thank you
