hey guys i was wondering if any of you could help me.. in my current club team we are not doing so well... our team is being pushed around by the other teams and we are loosing important games.

me, the left wing and our keeper are basically the only players playing..

i am the captain and the team is always looking at me to do something special... two games ago we were loosing 2-0 at half time then i scored 3 goals for us to win it.. but i cannot do that every week in and out if you know what i mean

    someone please help

If you really are the only one playing, and the best one in the team, and they're constantly looking for you to do everything, go play at the centre for a while, be the king of passes, move the ball between everyone. But really, there isn't anything you can do. The coach needs to motivate the players, so unless you figure out a way to make everyone want to play, you can't do anything other than go to a different team.

Talk to your players about it, maybe not like you said, but maybe that there needs to be more effort.
Also, are you saying you're the only one who can play or are the others too lazy or can't be bothered and just depend on you?

I was on a team like that once. I left at the end of the season and joined a better team.
