Help with PS3 strategies

I know to change strategy on ps3 you hit d-pad in 4 directions, but how do you change to attacking strategies. The only ones I see seem to be defensive strategies such as 'team press' or 'offside trap'. How do I choose counter attack or get players to support attacks on the wings

pre match selection you can change your 'tactics'

When you pusht eh d-pad you will see what you have pushes light up in teh corner of the screen, blue means its a defensive tactic, red means its an attacking tactic.

From memory I think left and up are defensive tactics and right and down are attacking tactics.
