Help with three databases to combine them

Hello every one,

I am working to create for my own a patch (i dont release it,because i didnt ask the creators for there permission) with the full UEFA 53 leagues.

today i have found a Greece league patch and a Turkisch patch.

I also create some own leagues and teams.
Now i have 3 databases.the first one with the orgin fifa 12,the second with the greece patch and the last one with the turkisch.

Is there some body who knows how i an easly export the player and team datas out the second of third database to the first one?

Can you please be a bit more specific. I am working on a 3.LIga 2012/13 patch and also the Concacaf 2014 world cup qualifying. I need assistance on how I can combine these two. Thanks.
