If you want to get rid of the grain effect, try replacing the fsh files in zdata42.

I'm not sure if these are the original FIFA10 textures, but they solved the grain problem for me.

Edit: there seems to be a side-effect. The 3D grass seems to be invisible now.

there is a value in the new_pitch_grass_lighting files that controls the 3D grass

Thanks for re-uploading! But now site is ON again, we had some problems with hosting.
