Yep it's true! Did you miss Hλ2? Expansion coming probably in summer!

I can't wait one of the new few 1st person shooters that managed to keep me stuck :D

I only hope for some more freedom like more choices about hiding or running away from guards than this scripted thing.


P.S Remember in the 1st level when they were hunting us and he said run for your lifes? When you turn back the bad guy is waiting you. Wasn't that scary?

"Aftermath" is an add-on to the single player content (yes, it does have some additional story line, Alex, but the contents are really vague to say the least...), and "the last coast" is an add-on to the multi player content.

i wonder they will include their latest techlogy called HDR (high dynamic range) in hl2: aftermath?

well there is no need to run it in the highest detail. I believe the graphics will be quite the same since it's an expansion. Just some small differences.

So if your current system run's HL2 it will do so wiht Aftermath as well.




P.S You remember the level with the bridge in HL2? Can u imagine being there i wouldn't be able to move.

I noticed gamespot said that Half-Life 2: Aftermath is the first expansion to Valve's award-winning shooter. The expansion focuses on developing characters other than Gordon Freeman
