Holland fluorescent orange

Doies anyone know how to get the Holland fluorescent orange colour in photoshop 7? I reckon it would look good with vp29's satin texture, but I can't get the fluorescent effect.

Here, I made this kit some time ago, Check it out.
U have to get the right brightness in the colour, and use the template that Fede made.

that looks pretty good, but I saw Holland beating Scotland 6-0 (ha, ha) recently, and the kit was very, very very bright, almost like an orange safety Carlos*et

nice kit Herman and frogtop holland jersey is not that bright like a orange safety color. Hernan has the right color.

yeah, just searched for some pictures of that Scotland demolition, and its not as bright as i first thought.

i don`t think it can get that bright mate, otherwise it`ll look weird ingame.

i made a nike training kit real quick the other day...
i made them wear pennies that look flourescent..
here's the pic..

in game..it looks very bright..but not to the point where it loses clarity and quality..

what i did is this:
PSP v8
make a new layer with the propery of HARD LIGHT
use the vectors to create an object with the color u want
set the transperancy to about 70%

that'll make it have the flourescent effect

i just tried something i set one texture layer to luminosity and another to overlay with a orange under them i then merged the layers and set it to multiply and put the orange under that it does give it a certain luminous effect
