How can I get 100% job security??

Well, I really don't know how to do it!

I'm in my third season, and so far I've reached 98% all three seasons, but not higher, suddenly ROnaldo, my star striker, get's injured for 2 months, I'm playing with ronaldinho as striker now, because I've sold other replacements, I win the game with 3-0, and suddenly, my job security is 99%, wtF?!

Is it because I did a good job without ronaldo or.... ?

PLease tell me

I would be seriously interested in finding this out too.
I am on the second season with Bury and after winning all cups last season and am unbeaten this season so far (with some decent players now!) and have only got up to 98% like others here.

Yep same me the Highest i have is 98% it's rediculous It takes time to go up i mean Come on i'm in my 2nd season with CELTIC and i am a 1 star Manager.:) :hump:

I'm currently a 2 star manager in my 2nd season with Bury (who are rated at 2.5 stars at the moment)... so perhaps its down to being at a major club? The pic above is season 3 (can tell by date) and he is 2.5 star manager at a big club (Barcelona) so that could be why?

edit: I've just got through to the quarter finals in europe... scraped through against Monaco 1-0 in first leg and 1-1 in second leg (now I've got Bayern Munich!! I'll get the next plane home I think lol)

To my point: I've now got 99% so its definitely possible - must be when you get far in europe so soon perhaps?

ive pld fifa for years so its a case of loads of practice... however, world class is impossible for me and I tend to stop playing games I cant win on - so I stick on semi-pro which is probably a bit sad really, I'm just a bad loser lol :rolleyes:

After scraping 1-0 against munich, i got hammered by chesterfield (of all teams!) in the league and then drew 0-0 with munich again to go through - there went my unbeaten run :( - just like arsenal's today against united


edit: oh and by the way... after I got beat, I dropped down to 83% job security - and even though I won the rest (including europe - why are man united so easy on this game?) I ended the season on 98% so it seems you've gotta win every game for a few seasons to make 100%

yeah, thats probably the reason as I drew a fair few games this season too, especially in cup games - scraping on penalties or the replay (not good really - bit lucky if I'm honest)

but then I never got 99% and thought 98% was the max... i guess not... so who knows, maybe when somebody did like 10 seasons with a team they'll get 100% security or something.
