how do i back up my fifa 09 data?

i used the fifa 09 back up program do back up my data but when my game crashed the back up program didnt work when i tried restoring the data it did not work, game kept crashing so how do i back up the data on my fifa 09?

if you have a backup before it crashed find the backup & copy it to the directory

if its the whole fifa 09 folder copy it to hdd/program files/ea sports

if its just the data folder copy it to hdd/program files/ea sports/fifa 09

& wow i cant believe that 11 people looked at this before me & no one had an answer
thats rediculous.

this forum isnt just for downloading & im sure at least 6 out of the 11 have asked for some kind of help before.
