How do I find a players I.D?

I know how to do it in the Access forms but whenever i use that (and then use Creation Centre) it says there is something wrong with "Null" when trying to save Teams. So basically i need to find (in creation centre 1.6) a players I.D so i can 'face' them. The player in question is someone i created.

Edit: That reminds me, how do i put a created team into kit raptor, once again i need their I.D but i can't find it! So annoying!!!
