Ive been wearing these freakin nike boots and no matter how I tape the tape always slides down my heel, exposing the skin and giving me a blister on my heel. This happens only on my left foot....

is there a solid way to avoid blisters?

what is a good way to tape my heel/ankle?

I tried tape and it didnt really work for me, and since the boot i bought was a bit on the big side, I wore two pairs of socks and havent had any sort of blister problem since then.

the band aid slips alot...it's good for recovery, but not for preventing blisters....

I bought this soft heel cover to go on women's high heels and it fits in great, but we'll see today if it's ok or not.

YELLOW CARD - Sarcasm
I always wear a normal pair of sports socks underneath my shinpads & football socks. Never had a blister from football boots. Takes a bit of weight off the ball too.
