How do you stop penalties?

Im playing with a controller (Logitech Chillstream), same configuration as a XBOX 360 gamepad.

I can make the goalkeeper dive... any help?

Flick the right stick to the direction you want to dive. On PC it's the numpad.

you are funny, people at ea are of a higher level of intelligence & can speak & spell quite well considering they are educated & they code all day where spelling is a must.
