How to add alternative kit for any team?

I wanted to add a few outfits, but youtube shows you how to only add one extra. I've seen some mod videos where teams had extra outfits, watched "squad" game save and "team kit" files from mods but can't tell how it's done in RDBM please help if someone can do it
