How to add custom teams in FIFA15

Hi all. Do anyone knows how to add a custom team in FIFA15? I created one using CM15 but it doesnt show in the game. I'm using Moddingway patch. Please help

Is it a club team international team?

Use the Regenerate BH option in Tools and then Save

Do you place the team on a league? First you create the team and then you add it to a league.
