How to add greater difficulty to fifa 19

Hello, I do not have fifa 20 yet, and in fifa 20 in the Premier League for example, the bigger teams like City, Liverpool, Chelsea, United, hardly lose nor tie a match against smaller teams.
I wonder how I do it in fifa 19? since in fifa 19 this does not happen and makes the level of difficulty terrible!

They really have massively overdone it with ultimate difficulty...yes Ultimate was way too easy, I destroyed teams with Milan I shouldn't be able to destroy, like a 7-1 against Inter, 4-0 against Liverpool and Speed Test similar.
