How to add new faces into career mode?

Hi, I want to add specific faces and see them in career mode, but faces that I added after starting my career mode doesn't appear in it.
For example: I started manager mode with Milan, I saw talented player Dedé, I downloaded and installed his specific face into game, I can see his new face in kick-off and in edit player, but not in my Milan career, in career hi still have generic face. :(
So I want to know, is it possible, and how.
