SECOND THING, DOWNLOAD FIFA FILE EXPLORER AND SEARCH FOR TATTOOS FROM FIFA 14 (has a lot on this forum) OR CREATE IT YOURSELF. AFTER U FOUND THEM, EXPORT THE IMAGE WITH FIFA FILE EXPLORER

NOW LOOK WICH SKIN COLOR IS THE SAME OR SIMILAR WITH TATTOO (in this case skin color 5, so open "skin_5_0_textures" and import the tattoo image)

TEST WITH PAREDES TATTOO. AFTER IT ALL JUST CLICK "apply", "save" AND RENAME TO "playerskin_PLAYERID_textures". EXAMPLE PAREDES ID= 207439. SO WILL BE "playerskin_207439_textures".
