How to change max no. Of subs

The maximum number of substitution allowed in career mode leagues is 3 and I want to change it to 5. Anyone know how to do it?

I am now in my 4th Eredivisie season and the rules have been changed in real life. Teams are now allowed to use 5 substitutes instead of the usual 3 substitutes. Is there a possibility, for Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox example with the editor, to change this to 5?

If you install Creation Master, you can change that opening your database files --> Tournament, and somewhere there should be the substitution option. But I thought the only options where 5 and 7 subs
