How To Change Min Age For Created Player?

I just wonder which idiot while creating FIFA 14 made "1995" the last available birth date for created players while there are many 1996 and 1997 born players in the database... Anyway, I'm looking for a file determining it so that I could change it for 1997 but can't find anything. Searching around the forum didn't help either. Has anyone tried anything like this? Any ideas?
