How to change standard adboards into electronic?

Hey guys myself and Alex_10 would like to formally apologize after making a blunder that the adboards worked. They did NOT infact work it was just confusion caused when testing! Which is a great shame! However testing will continue and myself and alex_10 will continue to do research into finding out how to infact install the adboards successfully into the game whilst using manager mode.

From what i have found out so far is that...

Changes in the database in regards to individual adboards will not show, even when creating a new profile and after regenerating. I dont know why this is but i will continue to find out

Also, it appears that when the database has been changed, it doesnt appear to apply when creating a new managemode profile, as discovered when using Internal master. When i opened the Internal master with my test manager mode, the adboardID numbers were all set to their default numbers. I dont know why but until we get a version of Internal master or Creation Master which allows us to SAVE the Internal Database, importing adboards into the game for individual teams/managermodes. Looks unlikely.

But again i will keep you informed and up to date! sorry about the confusion! And i hope this clears up everything Thank you

i had been looking for a parameter to do that on data base master 11, but never found it... maybe some expert knows how

there is a "stadium.lua"and then you can read this:

Is there a way to change what type of adboards TEAMS use? Because changing only in stadiums is damn unrealistic. Let's take generic stadiums for example - those are applied to a lot of teams, and you can never know whether all of them use one type of adboards (in most cases they DON'T).

Exactly! This option would be REALLY nice! ... but unfortunately I think it's also very unrealistic. As far as I'm concerned the adboards are related to the stadiums. One possible solution could be to have two version of each of the generic stadiums. One with the regular adboards and one with the digital ones... But perhaps someone knows a better solution(?)

SURE MAN!!

You can assign custom adboards copying the one with the id 33 and renaming it with a number of those not present by default!!

once this is done, assign the id of the billboard that you just renamed to the team that you want to Fifa DataBase Manager!!

Wait seriously? does this actually work alex? Ok I will try it and report back to you yeah?

Step by step you copy the first Adboard_33_0 and adboard_33_1?

Then Rename it to another adboard number such as Adboard_80_0
and adboard_80_1

Then go on fifa database manager and assign it.

Ok lets go!!!

hye, i follow your step assign a bpl club with own adboards, but not work in manager mode? dont no whr im mistake.. try it more then 3 times..

With the help of Alex_10 to assign a club there own adboards in manager mode can be achieved with the following steps.

Step by step

Ok first step with the use of Fifa11 Textures editor and exporttofilepath :Adboard_33_0 and adboard_33_1

Second step is to locate the adboard

The adboard will be located here >>> CProgram Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\sceneassets\adboard <<<

Then Rename it to another adboard number such as Adboard_80_0
and adboard_80_1

Then go on fifa database manager. Open up the database.

Then go to Team then go to Adboard ID and insert the new adboard number. Which in this case will be 80.

Then use jors Fifa regenerator.

Then it should appear in your manager mode.

I have been trying this for a while and only have got the breakthrough with the help of alex! So guys enjoy!


Now all that needs to be discovered is how to turn adboards electriconic!
