How To Combine Two Databases?

Hi! I've extracted the updated database (latest transfers) from squads file with Internal Master.

Now, I'd like to combine updated files with my edited DB with Argentina First Division, but, how I do that?

Actually, I've extracted the tables who is into squads files. I think I only need players, teamplayerslinks, dcplayernames, playerloans, formations, managers and teams, but maybe I'm wrong.

If I combine these tables with fifa_ng_db default tables in excel, it should work, right?
