How to delete away goals rule in UEFA competition?

Go onto competitions and go into all knockout stages (round of 16, quarter and semifinals) and click on "Special Tie Rule 2 Legs", select "Extra Time, Penalties (No Away goal rules)

ant test it, i haven't tested so i don't know if it works, but probally will.
