I noticed that sometimes patches are put into some strange websites from which we cannot download it. For example let's see here:

or here:
chaos360hacks.blogspot.com

However if you open those links, press Continue/Download, wait 30 seconds, sometimes marks captcha finally still you cannot download patch. It is really frustraing. Why some patchmakers are putting their patches into such bullshit website instead of mediafire, rapishare, google drive or others where it is very easy to download patch.
