How To Edit "On Loan Transfers" And Player's Potential

Hey guys :)
I was just wondering whether there is a tool for editing a player's transfer situation when they are set on loan for the rest of the year. So Weiser for example got loaned from Bayern München to the 1. FC Kaiserslautern for the rest of the year. With FIFA 12's Creation Master I was able to move him to Kaiserslautern and to arrange that he's loaned for the rest of the season, but how to do it in FIFA 13? My second question is whether there is a tool for editing a player's potential like with CM 12 :) Hope someone here can help me out! :D

Uhm, either use CM 13 or DBM 12.

Is there a way to pull back a player that is already on loan?

You can do it in your career when you go to contracts I think, just break up the loan. Or you can delete the loan entry in the database if you don't want the loan to be present at all.
