How To Fix Shiny and White Hairs?

I need some help please!

A couple of my players hairs are shiny and white/silver-ish on the top.
In CM14 the hair is fine, but ingame the problem happens.

These are custom player face (hairs), btw ... e.g. Stambouli (from samreddevil)
And before you even say it, I already asked the maker, but no reply.
And others have asked too.

So how to fix this problem?
I know there was a fix, but I can't find it.
