How to increase Wages budget in FIFA11?

Been there, done that, this is what u have to do to increase wages budget:

-Install Monkeydragon's Ticket Patch, open the career.ini file and modify these values:

MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_AMATEUR =
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_SEMIPRO =
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_PROFESSIONAL =
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_WORLDCLASS =

So, the original values are as follows:
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_AMATEUR = 1.16
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_SEMIPRO = 1.145
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_PROFESSIONAL = 1.1
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_WORLDCLASS = 1.02

And these are my edited values:
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_AMATEUR = 10.1
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_SEMIPRO = 10.14
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_PROFESSIONAL = 12.1
MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_WORLDCLASS = 15.02

So, now i have no limits to sign players, as u can see my wage budget it's on 7.665.060


I'd increased the values a lot, but u can choose lower values and still have a good budget, so time to edit and sign players!

when i edit career.ini in notepad, and try to save it, it tells me access denied. the file is not read only, any idea why that happens?

You must edit career.ini without Fifa running or ticket patch opened, otherway on windows7 you could try open it as administrator.

I'll send u tonight a PM with a link to my career.ini, and also a tweaked version that solves the troubles when star players don't want to sign with your team if you have too many stars or player's limitations.

x example, i'm playing with liverpool on manager mode with this team:

Reina
Maicon - Sergio Ramos - Thiago Silva - Bale
Gerrard - Fabregas - Iniesta
Suárez
Messi - C. Ronaldo

So, i'll send u both files tonight, kinda 4/5 hours.

hehe sure, 3 years in a road undefeated, lost this season a couple of matches, and came to my team players as Ribery, Kaká, Eto'o, Di María, Walcott, Tevez...

its like cheating ... i dont like that .. but i would like to have it a little bigger like in real life not having with AC MILAN 50k euros on wages ... thats just imbecilic

Well, that's the point, i mean, fixing the unreal money limitations by default of the game, don't forget that we don't get incomes as sponsors, publicity, shirt's sales and so on, just tickets and limited incomes with sponsor and low wages, so the career.ini could be customized anyway u want to reach a decent income.

It's just a game, if i want a reallistic manager mode i would play fifa manager 11, but i like to play seasons with good teams and star players rotation, just keeping the best for my team (Gerrard, Suárez, Reina, Messi, Ronaldo, S.Ramos, Bale) and rotate season after season the other ones.

And, btw, i hate Juventus, they don't waste time on buying players, they buy referees instead ;)

When you talk about income you never sad anything about expenses. Inreal life football clubs dont get 100 % ofthe money from sponsors and TV rights for spending. So lets say you spend your TV rights for paying media/staff/stadium/wages and what we have now is what left as posible money budget to spend. The number you use are unrealistic but nobady force others to use same.

MM_WAGE_BUDGET_DIFFICULTY_MODIFIER_WORLDCLASS = 1.2

should be good for anyone wanting to brake away from the stupid limit and maby 2x 3x ticket price

original:

TICKET_PRICE_L = 3.5
TICKET_PRICE_M = 6.5
TICKET_PRICE_H = 9.5

carrer.ini is in the root
Just place it in:

Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game

If you have default install path
And remember you should use Regenerator 1.5 after
so you tell FIFA to look for career.ini from the root not the Database
