How To Install HD Texture, 2048x2048 ?

I found some HD textures kits, faces. But i cant install them with CM16. How to install them?

after using the cg file explorer, the game can not read the rx file, ingame it shows me a green/blue texture, i saw no modder posting rx 2048p kits, only png ones

I can't add anything using CG file explorer either.

I either get this green blue missing texture, or textures but it gets weird (The textures become tiny and doesn't map all over the kit, or pitch incase of mow patterns).
