How To Make No Players Decline At All?

Is there a way to make the players don't decline at all,I hate that I can't use 30+ years old players anymore as they decline so fast and become useless.

I am sorry if it has been posted before but I just want to know a proper way to make the players don't decline at all.

Search Beta 990 career mod threads, these discussions have taken place many times over the years. Also and FYI, the Editing forum is not the place for questions, we've been instructed to post all questions in the general FIFA 18 forum.

Take a look at the playergrowth.ini file. Read it. Change it. It is explained fully in the file.
