How to proceed from pre-game drill?

Hi.

Latest MWM installed plus stadiums etc.

Started a manager mode career with Barcelona and pre-season tournament went well. Now as the season starts I have two questions:

1) The start of the game goes into drill exercise but there seems to be no way to proceed into game from that. It just has a prompt to retry the same drill but no possibility to start a game itself. Is there a way to skip the drill (a patch or something) or how can I start a game? It simulates a game just perfectly but when I want to play it myself it doesn't let me further from drill exercise.

2) Installed stadiums but I can't see them in the game. For example in DBM and CM it shows San Mames as Athletic Bilbao's stadium but when I tried to start an away game in manager mode it says the stadium is Waldstadion. What is wrong?

.. and actually problem no1 is solved as I noticed I had a file in there which was size 0kb. That's why game froze at that position but after removal of that file now everything goes great.

But no2 is still there, the stadium assignement thing.
