I Need Use New Face Of Olivier Giroud And I Added by CM13

And I Go to EDIT Mode, It's OK. New Face

But When I Kick-Off. New Face Is Not Appear

How Can I Solve This Problem ? Please Help Me

Regenerate files after editing.
Delete all previous squads save files in your Documents/FIFA 13 folder.
It is not necessary to remove/delete the settings save file, the edits will work fine with whatever settings file you're currently using.

If you do all this, it will work. Otherwise you've done something wrong and need to explain step by step what you've edited and so forth.
