Hi Gunicus, usually should you use the search or this thread (http://www.soccergaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=175624), but I´ll help you a bit to understanding this tool.
Well the Green buttons are your select .bh files there you´ll regenerate, the red one will be not regenerate for example you´ve edit a stadium place all your files in the folder, so now must you just regenerate the data2 and data3 not more.
So I hope this will be helping you ;)

Why do people even bother with this program, it's useless for anything else. Use FM 12: one button regenerates everything, plus you can edit the game with it.

i68 regenerator's biggest issue is the time that it takes to regenerate the bh files, in comparison with CM's time spending to complete the same task.
