How to sign a player in CM who doesnt have a team?

Hello,
I'm wondering if I can sign a player like quaresma etc who his team isnt available at fifa 12 but his national team is available.

Is there a tool to move him to any team in fifa 12 so I can sign him through career mode?

If you follow this guide(its for 11 but works for 12 as well), you can start your career with the players like Quaresma, Lucas Neill, some of the Turkish nationals..etc in the Free Agency.
