How to stop the rot?

I got past the halfway point of the season as FC Infesta, Portuguese 2B North and was exceeding all expectations of the board and that fans by sitting pretty 10pts clear at the top of the table from Leixoes, who seem to be the powerhouses of the division.

Then my team picked up a couple of injuries to some fairly important players and the form went. I didn't lose but I'm now 1pt clear at the top. I've had my players back for a couple of games now but I dropped 2pts still. I need to get my early season form back before I slip behind Leixoes (top team gets promotion only). I meet then and Porto B (powerful local rivals) in my last 3 games of the season.

Another thing, is there any way of stopping your team losing money like crazy because of huge stadium costs? My wage bill is really low (£4K) and that's 50% of the wage budget, but due to having a 15K capacity stadium, with 2000 being the highest attendance of the year, is there any way of helping this out other than do well and increase attendance?

You see why I need promotion. :D

Hehe. My best players are earning less that £200 a week, so there's no point selling them, because I'd end up getting worse players and paying a similar wage.
