HQ Textures Problem

I have a problem with 1024x1024 face textures and 3072x3072 kit textures.
My game crashes before start of match. e.g.: I want to play for Russia against Morocco. I have HQ faces of some russian players and the game crashes.
Can anyone help me?

Well, hd textures is not easy to support for a pc, fifa file explorer doesn't make correct hd rx3 textures as doens't compile the right fields on rx3 structure.Put default texture sizes and use antialising and anisotropic filters.

But, I have 1024x1024 Nike CR7 Galaxy shoes working well.

template of the boot textures are different than the kit & face textures.
however, as i know there is a limit about the texture resolution.
