You can change the png image on some rx3 files with filemaster and then place the files on Origin\Games\FIFA 15\data\sceneassets\adboard

Mate I actually don't know, never done it, the eletic ones I'm making are for a brazilian patch, for teams playing on WC stadiums (Maracanã, Arena Corinthians, etc) and therefore they have eletric ones.
