Here's our Hungarian Super Patch under fifahungary.com "trademark". We've made this stuff yearly since 2001.
This add-on aims Magyar Soproni Liga (Hungarian First Division).
-16 teams with correct database
-kits (home, away, goalie)
-flags (all real, not fantasy)
-adboards
-stadiums
-chants
-menu graphics
-logos
-lot of Hungarian talent
-etc.

This year we put into our patch two another stuffs, a gameplay patch and an international roster update.

Mago(R) Gameplay Patch

Our programmer, Mago(R) made a realistic FIFA 09 gamplay:

What's new:
- new collision mechanics
- new ball physics
- new friction simulation
- new golie positioning
- new off the ball features
- new pass mechanics
- new contact model*
- new chant reactions
- new manager mode situations


Modified features:
- CPU temporization tactics
- power up rates
- offside tactics
- 3rd man support
- golie stressholds
- increase chance for injury
- increase fouls
- re-defined emotional issues

*contact model: the player to ball and player to player connection in the game. We re-definied and fine tuned that.

@ Mago(R): but how did you do such a gameplay? I have not tried it yet but if what is written is true I think this has not been made only by editing ai.ini. Did you edited also the exe of the game?

So, I've already edited the main files of fifa witch handles a various strings during gameplay. I don't want to tell it in public line.

very slow is no word for this^^

30 connections via DL Manager and only ca 40kb/s and normally I have over 900kb/s
I hope that someone upload this at this time on a better server, so that we have as fast as possible a better server.

But the patch sounds really great;)
