I can't see face texture in Blender, How can i??

i manage to import head model in Blender but i can't see the face texture at all??

How can i import texture to Blender?

but do i have to export out the face texture as well.
because i did and change it to cff file .. but still no texture appear
or do i have to convert it to jpg or bmp??
