I do not get the screen to select Language (flags)

At the start of the game I do not get the screen to select the languages, someone knows how to fix it, the game starts in the Spanish language by default, I have all the language pack

you have to manually map controls in the plugin settings under pad 1. Ex. circle - E, triangle - Q, Nox Vidmate VLC etc.
